I JUST PLACED MY ORDER AND I WANT TO CANCEL OR CHANGE IT, IS IT TOO LATE?
Orders can be cancelled and changed within 1 hour of purchase and if it hasn’t shipped yet. You can send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, we’ll make sure it gets cancelled or changed.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO GET TO ME?
Orders generally take 1-3 business days to process. Domestic orders take 4-7 days and international orders take 10-15 days depending on destination. We use several shipping couriers depending on destination and quickest delivery time. Signatures are not required but tracking is provided. We recommend that you provide a shipping address that has a secure delivery space.
MY PACKAGE HASN’T ARRIVED YET! WHAT CAN I DO?
Delivery dates are not guaranteed. We guarantee that we will mail your items to the address you provide to us, during checkout. You will receive an automated email with your tracking information when we create the mailing label, so you can track your items progress to its final destination. Once the package is in transit, we are no longer in control of it. Occasionally the carrier service experiences delays, especially around major holidays. We are not responsible for these delays.
WHAT HAPPENS TO RETURNED PACKAGES?
We make every effort to validate all addresses we mail to, however the customer bears the responsibility of providing a correct shipping address. Packages typically take anywhere from one week to one month or more to be returned to our warehouse. Sobababy cannot be responsible for items not tracked, theft of packages. lost packages or packages not received by our returned department.
