If you don’t absolutely love your regular-priced purchase and would like to return or exchange it, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason for the return. We’ll reply with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Due to the nature of our business, returns or exchanges for purchases must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase.
Returned merchandise must be in original product packaging with tags attached, and in new condition.
Please note that we’re unable to accept returns made without an RA#.
If an item is damaged upon receipt, Sobababy will work with the manufacturer to obtain the necessary replacement parts or product. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com with pictures and/or a video of the reason you are requesting a replacement and send your item to: Sobababy, LLC, 46 Sugden St, Bergenfield, NJ 07621.
If your purchase qualified for free shipping and you choose to return all or part of the order, you will be credited the full item price at time of purchase. Customers are responsible for all return mailing charges. We recommend that you provide a tracking number on all return items. Sobababy cannot be responsible for items not tracked, theft of packages, lost packages or packages not received by our returned department.
We use several shipping couriers depending on destination and the quickest delivery time. Signatures are not required but tracking is provided. We recommend that you provide a shipping address that has a secure delivery space. Sobababy cannot be responsible for theft or lost of packages that have been confirmed as delivered via provided tracking services.
Refunds (if applicable)
You are able to cancel your order within 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied to your order. If the item has already shipped we are unable to cancel the order.
Please note that we’re unable to approve any refunds once items have shipped from our warehouse, or while items are in transit to your provided destination.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
