Refunds & Returns

If you don’t absolutely love your regular-priced purchase and would like to return or exchange it, please email us at support@sobababy.com with the reason for the return. We’ll reply with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

Due to the nature of our business, returns or exchanges for purchases must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase.

Returned merchandise must be in original product packaging with tags attached, and in new condition.

Please note that we’re unable to accept returns made without an RA#.

If an item is damaged upon receipt, Sobababy will work with the manufacturer to obtain the necessary replacement parts or product.

If your purchase qualified for free shipping and you choose to return all or part of the order, you will be credited the full item price at time of purchase. Customers are responsible for all return mailing charges. We recommend that you provide a tracking number on all return items. Sobababy cannot be responsible for items not tracked, theft of packages. lost packages or packages not received by our returned department.

We use several shipping couriers depending on destination and the quickest delivery time. Signatures are not required but tracking is provided. We recommend that you provide a shipping address that has a secure delivery space. Sobababy cannot be responsible for theft or lost of packages that have been confirmed as delivered via provided tracking services.
